Indian Sweets
It all began in our kitchen in 2015, when we started experimenting with various base options to create a barfi fusion as an alternative to the traditional indian sweet.
We often passed on our traditional indian sweet boxes gifted to us due to the overly sweet taste and unattractive presentation. We felt that there was a need for something different which appealed to everyone including the younger generation. A year later these ideas formed into our 50% barfi and 50% oat base delights and Blisss Barfi was established in 2016.
